Twisting

Our first twister was built to simplify and make the production of springs for agriculture extremely efficient.

Thanks to its software, its versatility is extreme and it can make steel springs from 3 to 14 mm in diameter with the precision of a tenth of a degree of twisting and a hundredth of a millimeter of inclination of the stems.

With manual or automatic loading, symmetrical or asymmetrical springs can be made, even with overlapping coils, starting and ending the twisting with closed or open stems.

Built to have a practically inexhaustible set of recipes in the memory and at the customer's discretion, the machine also has a unique safety feature: photoelectric barriers with finger protection, trampling barriers for operator access, safety PLC, as well as motors and drives brushless.
