Thus the ELETTRO SYSTEM company was born, alongside mechanical companies in the restructuring of old machines which, freed from obsolete systems, return to new life.

 

Initially relegated to the sector of metal packaging, swan neck presses and transfer presses of which we have extensive and decades of experience, the retrofit sector has expanded to all machines in general where the mechanical part is structurally with a longer horizon compared to the electrical part.

It is not a simple replacement of the existing one but a real redesign of the machine and, in this sense, the contribution of the customers has made the difference: their experience allows us to go beyond the replacement.

The new design of machine safety has a broad scope, it starts from risk analysis without the collapse of productivity and translates into techniques that allow the operator to operate on the machine with complete safety.

The production process is reviewed with a view to improving product handling introducing new technologies suited to the complexity of new productions, refine methodologies, increase controls, enhance product variability.
