Using a combination of Fast Strip and Star System, a compact, fast and cost-effective production line can be created to produce cold-formed metal components.

 

The Fast Strip can be configured for single mold strips, for double mold strips

and for continuous reel belt.

The machine is able to print with single mold at variable speed: 150 pieces / min with strips of 6 pieces or 220 pieces / min with strips of 12 pieces.

 

The Star System can produce from 70 to 110 pcs / min depending on the diameter of the piece to be made and represents exactly the productive half of the Fast Strip.

Using two Star Systems downstream of the Fast Strip we will have a full and overall productivity that varies from 140 to 220 pcs / min.

 

With this configuration it is possible to process the outgoing pieces in a different way, printing the components necessary for the realization of a metal package complete with hole, ring and cover in a single line. If you use a Fast Strip with double mold, the scenarios that open are extremely wide for the production of very large quantities of components.

 

The reel feeding, little used in certain production areas due to the high cost of the raw material, allows the machine to be used without a strip magazine or assisted feeding of the material but through the electronic reel control, thus guaranteeing the speeds described for the solutions striped.

 

A line consisting of a Fast Strip and two Star Systems occupy an extremely contained space (about 60% less space needed with similar lines) and the product comes out already complete with putty and dried, ready for packaging and shipping.
